Job Description

  • Responsible for supervising work performed on systems ranging in difficulty from small basic commercial installations to large complex projects involving multiple plumbing systems

  • Assists in administrating the company safety program and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

    Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing trade and a minimum of 3 years of verifiable supervisory experience

  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing blueprints, specifications and codes

  • Thorough knowledge of other major craft blueprints

  • Thorough knowledge of all plumbing systems, from domestic water to medical gas

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and clients on a professional level

  • The ability to supervise multiple foremen

  • The ability to schedule projects and meet deadlines

  • Work in outside areas exposed to the weather and elements.

  • Work in awkward positions which can cause physical discomfort and strain.

  • Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical devices.

  • Exposure to safety hazards to make safe corrections while avoiding injury.
