RequirementsIs a graduate of an accredited school of professional (registered) nursing.Is currently licensed as RN through the State Board of Nursing.At least two year's general nursing experience is required with current hospice, home health, and medical, surgical or critical care experience. Has experience with providing good pain management, IV skills preferred.Skilled in nursing practice, able to cope with family emotional stress and tolerant of individual lifestyles.Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.Team members will be expected to comply with Bluegrass Care Navigators (BCN) Employee Health, infectious disease, and vaccination policies.Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.Have satisfactory references from nursing school, previous (or current) employers and/or professional peers.Have excellent observation skills, good nursing judgment and communication skills. Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner.Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation and has the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
