Volt is immediately hiring Assembly Workers and Production Workers in the Cynthiana, KY area. Our Assembly and Production Workers enjoy working a shift of their choosing in a clean, safe, team-driven warehouse / production environment.

As an Assembly Worker you will:

  • Unload trucks, receive and locate inventory in warehouse
  • Pick product from inventory, complete customer orders, stage product for loading
  • Inspect orders/product and load trucks for shipment
  • Scan/label inventory using RF scanner, build pallets for shipping
  • Pick/Pack/Sort inventory in warehouse
  • Exceed production and safety standards
  • Maintain/Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks
  • Perform general labor as needed, moving product throughout warehouse
As a Production Worker you will:
  • Prep product on production line
  • Inspect all product
  • Package, assemble and prepare for shipment
  • Wrap final product in preparation for delivery
  • Meet/Exceed production standards; hitting goals and working safely at every point in the production process
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age in order to work in warehouse and/or production environment
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
  • Ability to stand, squat, twist, lift up to 30 lbs. throughout shift
  • Willing to work 10 to 12 hour shifts
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
