Description and Requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • As a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Lenovo Commercial Products, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Director.

  • The region scope includes all Latin America spanish speaking countries.

  • You are required to design and execute marketing programs that support lead generation, brand awareness, customer advocacy, and more.

  • You will serve as a partner and advocate for the sales teams in your region and play an essential role helping them meet their goals.

  • The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, strategic, and passionate about B2B Marketing

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Build an ongoing partnership with regional sales leaders to understand business needs and sales strategies.

  • Develop and execute regional marketing programs that are aligned to Business priorities and initiatives

  • Develop digital led / always on end-to-end marketing campaign to drive new customers acquisitions, lead generations and brand awareness Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales teams to strategically cultivate new markets

  • Work closely with both business and alliance partners to drive partner marketing campaign.

  • Align plans with Country Marketing Managers, looking for synergies across the countries.

  • Interact with WW Commercial Marketing Business Units, being the spokesperson to deliver the needs of the region for the global initiatives and campaigns.

  • Report on performance of regional Marketing activity to senior stakeholders, to demonstrate the impact of Marketing initiatives on engagement and revenue.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree holder, preferably in marketing and very strong in executing integrated digital campaign

  • Experience of commercial Marketing and Channel Marketing is a must, preferred in IT companies

  • At least 6 years working experience in Enterprise/B2B/Channel marketing with strong background in content marketing

  • Regional experiences in Latin America marketing is a plus

  • Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Sensitive and strong in figures, cautious and attentive to details Fast learner; must be a taskmaster, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace

  • The ability to perform independently, hands on and to work well in a team environment

  • Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
