Prime Video is seeking a talented Associate Marketing Manager to plan, create, optimize and deploy paid media campaigns and guide strategy in support of Prime Video and our growing library of Prime Original TV shows and movies. We are seeking an experienced an Associate Marketing Manager of Paid Social to drive campaign strategy and innovation in the channel. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results on social campaigns, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully. They will also be someone who possesses a proficiency for navigating ambiguous situations with a passion for testing, learning and making data-driven decisions.

This person will develop and launch social and digital programs that impact millions of customers, owning the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns across key social and digital partners and platforms. You will work cross functionally with brand, creative, media strategy, media analysis and measurement teams on a daily basis. You will work with key media platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and others. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, standing up new programs in the paid social space, testing aggressively across campaigns, and influencing and devising product roadmaps. You will be rigorously analytical and detail oriented, obsess over the impact of your campaigns and channels, and test and deploy new tactics to continuously evolve paid social best practices. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and continuously seek to build for long-term marketing vision for Prime Video.

Key job responsibilities

  • Planning, launching, testing and optimizing paid media campaigns and strategies.

  • Owning goals and performance metrics for your campaigns; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Presenting to cross functional teams regularly on key campaign metrics and progress to goals.

  • Continuously developing new ideas and testing them in order to identify best practices.

  • Performing data analysis through pivot tables, dashboards and in-platform to extrapolate performance insights and develop actionable next steps for future campaigns.

  • Owning and executing testing roadmaps, using A/B testing, experimentation, and proper test setup.

  • Building programs from the ground up with limited direction to meet business and service goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building and optimizing marketing campaigns

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

  • Experience effectively communicating information in spoken and written form

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with audience segmentation and targeting

  • Experience influencing others to achieve business KPIs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
