Sony Pictures Entertainment Administrative Assistant IV, Finance Transformation & Enablement in Culver City, California

This Administrative Assistant IV role will report directly to the EVP, Finance Transformation and Enablement. The role will be primarily responsible for administrative support to the EVP, the EVP’s direct reports, and their respective teams.

Responsibilities: Administrative

  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms and manage calendars

  • Managing EVP’s calendar

  • Expense report processing

  • Travel coordination

  • Request and manage visitor Security clearance

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of new team members, consultants, and contractors

  • Coordinate team events and/or training

  • Order office supplies

  • Scheduling and preparing for meetings, circulating agendas, securing internal locations for meetings, setting up for meetings, and handling the AV for each meeting.

    Special Projects – illustrative tasks could include

  • Assist projects with spreadsheets, presentations, documentation, reporting and/or research

  • Assist with project budgets and invoices

  • Administrative coordination across projects

  • Manage project mailboxes

  • Maintain SharePoint sites

    Required Qualifications:

  • BA degree preferred.

  • Highly motivated and professional

  • Interested in proactively assisting in efficient departmental administration

  • D ependability, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills required.

  • Proactive and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; heavy email correspondence

  • Ability to work and pivot in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organization skills, able to handle multiple projects, and effectively prioritize tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of management and excellent teamwork capabilities

  • Self-starter with a team-player attitude

  • Large-scale event planning experience

  • Aptitude to learn new applications (Teams, PPM, ServiceNow, etc)

  • Takes an active role in broadening capabilities through new experiences and structured learning
