Main Missions:

  • Be global Process Owner Retail and Ecom order Aquisition

  • Converge all Retail and Ecom entities to a corporate model of order acquisition

  • Ensure the proper functioning and standardization of the company's processes, and their alignment with strategic, operational, and business objectives.

  • Deploy best practices and implement standard information systems.

  • Coordinate process streamlining and improvement with local teams, and support changes brought about by improvements and / or New Product Introduction (Deployment of New Product features to enable Order Acquisition process).

  • Be the voice of Operations in projects impacting the process, representing information system’s users.

Job Description:

  • Organize the governance of the Process with Operations teams and stakeholders.

  • Write the documentation related to the process and its improvement: process description, responsibilities, indicators, functional specifications.

  • Plan, direct and coordinate activities related to the process and its improvement: description of existing situation, assessments needs, gap analysis, design/description of process and target activities (standards),

  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of the target process,

  • Supervise the validation of the process functional description ("BBP-Business Blue Print").

  • Analyze overall process performance (cycle time, costs, productivity, responsiveness), based on central and local indicators.

Candidate Profile:

  • Level of knowledge equivalent to 5 years' higher education (Engineering school or Master 2 degree), (knowledge of how a company works)

  • Process design and modeling, Lean management

  • Project management

  • Supply chain skills, with an area of expertise (e.g. sales forecasting, production planning and scheduling, inventory management)

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Negotiation skills

  • Leadership

  • Good interpersonal skills
