The content of the position is in English as it requires many interactions with our international subsidiaries, English being the working language.

To support the One Single Lab Network and operate efficiently our supply chain, the role of the Group Rx Supply Chain team is to oversee the overall End to End Rx SC in the Group, with support of the Regional SC teams, in particular by acting on Transformation/Processes, S&OP, Business Projects, Complete jobs, Network optimization and NPI (=New Product Introduction)

Within this team, the Rx SC NPI & footprint coordinator will be in charge to lead the topics related to NPI and lab footprint, the missions will to be to:

  • Represent the Rx SC organization in the C1/C2/C3 projects and drive the alignment on sourcing strategy for new products

  • Lead the project to design and implement the Supply Chain process/workflow on Group Rx NPI for new products, in collaboration with MDM (=Master Data Management) team

  • Be the owner of that SC process/workflow => consolidate the status of requests, provide inputs to MDM team for lab catalog setup, share visibility across stakeholders

  • Be a stakeholder for the ELECTRA roll out / product catalog transfer

  • Be the key contact of Retail Corporate team on the new product plan and facilitate/escalate topics that need Supply Chain support, in collaboration with EMEA Supply Chain

  • Consolidate the lab footprint transformation plans and support/challenge Regions in the building of these plans in collaboration with Rx Strategy. Make the link between this footprint plan and the NPI sourcing strategy

  • Support Globe project into reaching the target design, process and tools on sites management in the Group

YOUR PROFILE

  • Educational Background in Engineering

  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations, 10 would be better. An experience in Supply Chain, NPI or Group Rx Operations would be a strong advantage

  • Proactive and analytic thinking

  • Ability to Influence

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • A person with strong organization, lead, autonomy and interpersonal skills.
