Kelly is looking for candidates who thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment for various Assembly Worker roles at a local client in Crookston, MN. These DIRECT HIRE . opportunities will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable work experience. Positions are open now, with immediate consideration! Current openings on 2nd shift. Must be able to train on fay shift. Pay is $23.49 per hour plus $1.10 for 2nd shift.
Responsibilities for Assembly Worker jobs include:
Performs all installations and/or assemblies within a specified work area on the production line.
Prepares work to be accomplished by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
Ensures quality and consistency in installations and/or assemblies within a specified work area.
Candidates should meet the following qualifications to be considered for Assembly Worker jobs:
Able to train on day shift for 2 weeks.
Able to work from blueprints, process sheets, and/or written instructions.
Can regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Able to bend, stoop, and reach. Be able to climb up and down, as well as work using a ladder. Employee will go extended periods of time standing and performing repetitive tasks.
Must have stable work history with some manufacturing experience.
Schedules:
2nd shift Monday- Friday 4pm-12:30am @ $24.59 per hour.
*There may be overtime opportunities available after the scheduled shift (no more than 2 hours) or on Saturday.

2 weeks’ vacation starts accruing day 1 and hours accrued every pay period.
180-day probationary period before can use PTO-will have 5 days
