Job Title: Level One Computer Technician Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things tech-related, to troubleshoot and resolve common software and hardware issues on both PC and Mac computers. The technician will also be responsible for reinstalling operating systems, running diagnostic services, replacing LCD panels, disinfecting and removing malware, and installing new components in desktop computers. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot common Microsoft Windows software issues. Troubleshoot common PC hardware related issues. Troubleshoot common Apple / Mac Computer software issues. Troubleshoot common Apple / Mac hardware issues. Reinstall both PC and Mac operating systems. Run complete system diagnostic services on both PC and MAC computers. Install / replace LCD panels on both PC and MAC laptop computers. Disinfect and remove malware on both PC and MAC computers. Install new components in Desktop PCs, GPUs, PSUs, etc. Replace hardware components in both PC and Mac computers. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple / Mac OS. Troubleshoot and resolve common software and hardware issues. Familiarity with common tools and software used in computer repair. Strong communication and customer service skills. Work independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
