Mountain Counseling & Training, Inc. Program Coordinator/Executive Assistant in Crestline, California
This position works independently and with other team members and makes occasional visits to the family’s home and/or a variety of community and/or treatment settings. This position works directly with children and adults. This position provides support to all MCT DBH programs and activities.
Assist with client intake and scheduling for contracts with the Department of Behavioral Health.
Coordinate initial appointments with treatment teams for clients.
Enter data into MCT and County program-specific databases (for billing/accounting systems, client demographics, etc.).
Run reports for use in program improvement (such as CANS data, Productivity Reports, billing data, etc.) for specific programs.
Maintain organization of reports and files (both physical and digital copies).
Implement company policies to ensure compliance with DBH, County, State, and Federal regulations.
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties, especially stakeholders in Rim of the World School District and other partner agencies.
Support technology use for direct service staff (low level trouble shooting, training).
Review supply levels, manage office supplies, and order necessary office supplies.
Coordinate necessary facility maintenance and ensure smooth operation of MCT facilities.
Assist in purchasing as directed and petty cash usage, coding expenditures for reports to CFO.
Other duties as necessary to support executive level staff (including CEO, CFO, Clinic Supervisor, Program Manager).
Attend meetings as directed.

Bachelor’s degree required
Previous administrative experience desired
Experience with mental health system desired
Knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation/billing desired
Bilingual (Spanish) desired
