Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth communication and processes between various departments and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Review customer contracts to ensure completeness of information.

  • Resolve contract inaccuracies in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and processes.

  • Support the Sales team by helping answer any questions related to their customer accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role

  • Strong follow-up & customer service skills

  • CRM software experience, Salesforce is a plus!

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to problem solve independently

  • High level written/verbal communication skills

  • Previous Home Improvement industry experience is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18-25/hour plus monthly bonus incentive
