Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Program Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN .

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government.

  • Develop and maintain program/project plans, coordinate and provide data call responses, develop, and maintain databases, and evaluate/provide assessment of technical and non-technical program status

  • Develop Reports, usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.

  • Facilitate, plan and support meetings required for the management and execution of support service efforts

  • Establish priorities, research, and provide analysis reports, provide synopses of meetings and develop/deliver presentations

  • Provide recommendations regarding the execution, direction, and measures for success of programs. Provide recommendations for overall project definition, organization, and direction

  • Manage project plans to include technical and administrative efforts, status reporting of project/program progress, including progression toward programmatic goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree; in lieu of Associates degree a High School diploma and 3 additional years of experience may be considered

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a government setting

  • Experience developing and maintaining Integrated master schedules (IMS)

  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts

  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a program at NSWC Crane

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government secret level security clearance
