Currently, ManTech is seeking dedicated Avionics Instructor with a desire to develop and deliver avionics training to join our team in Crane, IN . Full range of instructional methods are employed in training government personnel, i.e. classroom, synchronous online learning, as well as the use of videos.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop Avionics-based training programs and lesson plans

  • Work with project stakeholders to validate the course outlines to ensure that quality and accuracy meet client expectations

  • Participate in the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer products

  • Build and maintain course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance

  • Conduct training sessions independently

  • Develops, tests, maintains and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer products

  • Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training

  • Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience related to the above responsibilities

  • Related experience must include at least some experience supporting the military or a government contract

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences both in person and virtually

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite

  • Ability to train others

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Avionics Instructing experience

  • Knowledge of avionics

  • Master training specialist or equivalent

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government secret level security clearance
