This internship at our Cranbury, NJ headquarters offers the opportunity to work with corporate and manufacturing teams across the US and Canada locations. The core focus of this role is to obtain hands-on experience supporting the operational responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition team and to work on HR team projects and initiatives.

This role requires working onsite in our Cranbury, NJ location Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR team on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent into the company

  • Learn the process of full-cycle recruitment from peers

  • Support timely data analytics and reporting activities to manage candidate pipeline and other recruitment metrics

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team and other colleagues on projects that will produce a positive impact for our current and future employees

  • Assist with compliance-related activities

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed

    Required Education

  • Completion of sophomore year of college with a major in Human Resources, Leadership/Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or a related major

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated interest in the HR field

  • Robust Microsoft Office skills

  • Highly organized and accuracy with strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical, written & verbal communication skills

  • Excellent work ethic, time management and multi-tasking ability

    Assignment Duration:

  • 10-12 weeks

    Compensation & Benefits:

  • Market competitive hourly rate

  • Prompt and regular attendance;

  • Comply with all site policy & training requirements;
