Penn Power Group is looking for a high energy, self-starter, serious minded, capable of initiating and building productive relationships? If yes, Penn Power Group is currently accepting resumes for a Delivery Driver.. The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering parts and components to our customers. The position may also perform the basic duties in the Parts Department such as restocking shelves, taking and pulling customer orders, looking up parts, general cleaning of area, etc. when not delivering.

Requirements

WHAT WILLYOU BE DOING :

  • Picking up and delivering parts/material Customer Trucks and Trailers to support the business

  • Maintaining clean and organized delivery vehicle

  • Maintaining a driving record truck log

  • Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment

  • Perform shipping and receiving

  • Taking and pulling orders and restocking shelves

  • Researching parts to assist internal and external customers by utilize vendor websites and other tools

  • Assisting in general cleaning of shop areas as required

  • Being a professional customer service oriented individual and having a personable attitude when interfacing with customers

  • Other duties assigned

    YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of equivalent experience as a delivery driver

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License & CDL A

  • Currently hold or ability obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card as required

  • Must be comfortable with GPS/Mapping applications for driving directions

  • Experience in a sales or service environment

  • Must pass a DOT background check including driving record

  • Must be proficient in computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently

  • Familiar with inventory management and warehouse procedures
