Responsibilities Responsibilities * Administer channel partner compensation program for the selected markets and industrial regions assigned. * Assist with the creation and implementation for selected distribution development programs. * Assist with the integration and management of newly acquired divisions into the distribution program and channel partners. * Develop channel partner price list based on commitments. * Oversee the market development fund program for select markets and industrial channel partners. * Review/launch the distributor compensation program. * Run standard distribution reports in ERP/MRP system. * Assist with the implementation of MSA+ platform into the distribution network. * Set up new channel partners who meet MSA distribution requirements/criteria. * Create and manage sales agreements, agreement addendums, set-up and termination of manufacturer reps. * Assist with the development and processing of monthly commissions, report validation and manufacturing rep statements. * Assist with updating pricing, product listing, terms, etc. on contracts to align with the MSA distribution program. Qualifications Special knowledge, skills and abilities required: * Excellent computer skills with specific emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with a high degree of accuracy. * Strong organizational and customer service skills. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet business demands. * Strong focus on customer loyalty and quality. * Ability to use ERP and CRM systems. * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and business writing skills. * Proven ability to work in a team environment. * Solid problem-solving skills. Education and Experience Required * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 3 years of channels and/or customer service experience. Preferred Education and Experience * Associates degree. * Experience using SAP. * Experience working in channels
