Description

We have an exciting opportunity that enables you to:

  • Work in the global Pentatonic PFMEA team

  • Ensure operations of fuel and Pentatonic Business Processes in Manufacturing Systems (Process Standards, Equipment Standards and PFMEAs)

  • Create and maintain Base PFMEA for Pentatonic development processes, such as Compression Molding DLFT, GMT, SMC, Injection Molding, Downline, etc.

  • Derive PFMEA results to improve and maintain standards, guidelines, best practices and development processes

  • Apply strategy and targets for engineering processes pertaining to PFMEA utilizing APIS software

  • Ensure interfaces to DFMEA, process flows and control plan including special characteristics

  • Collaborate with Core Quality in implementing Closed Loop Solutions and to align with Base FMEA internal and external needs

  • Collaborate with Industrialisation and Advanced Manufacturing in adjusting and implementing FMEA to align with internal and external needs

  • Act as the moderator in the creation of PFMEAs by adapting base FMEA tocustomer specific FMEA

  • PFMEA and Standards related data management in QMS System

  • Define, release, update, distribute and transfer knowledge of the fuel and Pentatonic manufacturing standards into the organization / implement lessons learned

  • Support on quality audits to the Manufacturing Systems Processes, as well as on the implementation of corrective actions

  • Willingness to travel to support global team

Qualifications

  • University in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable education

  • Experience in Automotive Industry

  • First experience with mechatronics systems and production process

  • Excellent knowledge of moderation / presentation

  • Training experience for processes

  • Knowledge of Kautex processes (FLP) a plus

  • PFMEA experience a plus

  • APIS Software knowledge a plus

  • Fluent in English, German useful
