Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. Purpose:Build a positive relationship between parent and child by partnering with Northern Kentucky families through the Every Child Succeeds program. Job Responsibilities:Build relationships with parents prenatally until their child turns two in their homes.Provide evidence-based curriculum and activities weekly to caregivers and children.Provide connections to Brighton Center’s programs and community partners.Participate in staff meetings and trainings.Be accountable for high-quality documentation and service to families.Work with families in Boone, Kenton, and Grant counties. Requirements:BA in social work, Psychology, or related field or Early Childhood Education.Experience working with children and families in their homes.Knowledge of community resources.Ability to set goals with families.Great data entry skills required.Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.Strong commitment to cultural competency and a deep understanding of the value of diversity, equity and inclusion.
