R&D LAB TECHNICIAN

We have an opportunity for you on our 1st shift production at JBS Prepared Foods in Council Bluffs, IA.

Wages starting at $22.05 per hour with great benefits!

- BONUS pay of $1 for every hour worked for perfect attendance each pay period!

- Weekly pay (Every Friday)

- 10 days of paid vacation after just 1 year

Key Responsibilities and Accountability include but are not limited to:

· Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area.

· Learn assembly/breakdown of equipment in assigned work area.

· Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.

· Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.

· Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed

Work Environment / Physical Demands

· Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.

· Standing for extended periods of time

· Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion work

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

· Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions/work independently

Experience / Work History

· Require previous manufacturing experience
