We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Enterprise Risk Management department as a Vendor Risk Analyst. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with the enterprise risk management, information technology, and information security teams. In the role you will be assessing, identifying, mitigating, and monitoring key risks as a means of preserving and creating value. This role includes risk management activities and vendor risk management and ensuring tasks are done in an efficient and timely manner. *Although designated as a remote role, this position will entail regular on-site attendance each month.* Essential Functions Support and maintain the Vendor Risk Management program. Responsible for ensuring adherence to the Third Party Oversight (Vendor Risk Management) Policy. Lead the collection of due diligence documents from vendors and tracking within the third-party risk management framework and related standards. Analyze documentation for completeness. Assign Oversight Tasks to reviewers and order professional services and monitoring services. Coordinate and follows-up with other third party risk reviewers to ensure timely review of due diligence, including SOC reports, Financials, various test and compliance results, and policies related to Information Security, Incident Response, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Third Party Oversight, Privacy, Confidentiality and Destruction of Data. Update and document due diligence tracking with real time status and escalates issues and concerns. Perform analysis and documents reviews of Argos Risk Surveillance, Consumer Complaints, Pending Litigation and Liability and Cyber Insurances. Assist vendor relationship managers with completing Complementary User Entity Controls (CUECs) to ensure CUECs are completed after each SOC report is received annually. Provide contract renewal notifications and renewal and termination assistance to vendor relationship owners. Serve as a Systems Administrator for the Vendor Management system and all associated modules, including Onboarding, Offboarding, Assessments, Questionnaires, Venmonitor, Issue Management, and Service Level Agreements. Primary contact with vendor to test and understand system enhancements, and request system improvements. Facilitate the annual Performance and SLA Questionnaires and Vendor Confirmations.
