Title: Intern, Billabong Women's Merchandising & Design

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Sometimes you’ll be working alone on a project, other times you’ll be collaborating with the design team.

  • Participating in and assisting with in-house photoshoots

  • Assisting the merch team with sample check-in & prep for photoshoots

  • Working with the textile team to facilitate color card creation per season

  • Assorted organizational projects throughout the department

  • Learning how the team moves ideas and products from concept to customer

  • Assisting the graphics and textiles teams with tech packs & color callouts

  • Copy writing and trademark searching for graphics team

  • Data entry and updates after milestone meetings

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Ability to work 16 hours per week, in-person / on-site from June 4 – August 29 (remote hours are not available)

  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (you don’t need to be a master, but basic skills are a must)

  • Listen well, take notes, ask questions, come with an open mind and a can-do attitude
