Flowserve is an American multinational corporation and one of the largest suppliers of industrial and environmental machinery, from pumps and seals to valves, actuation and instrumentation, to energy recovery devices and hydraulic decoking systems, and more, our products help plants overcome the toughest flow control challenges. The Pump Program Execution Engineer role supports aftermarket business with specific initiatives.

The main responsibilities are:

  • The execution of inventory and plant turnaround programs and the development of initiatives to capture OE Services and Aftermarket (AM) Pull Through business

  • Inventory Parts Optimization Programs (IPOP) are structured to allow our customers and Flowserve to identify the inventory level (safety stocks) of Flowserve pump parts, develop part agreements and strengthen a long term sustainable relationship based on mutual trust.

  • IPOPs will be typically implemented in key customers for whom a long term agreement (LCA or LTSA) is already in place or in development.

  • Flowserve will find synergies between the implementation of inventory programs and other long term agreements.

  • Major Plant turnaround programs are initiatives to anticipate customers’ needs, promote Flowserve’s portfolio and maximize customers’ satisfaction during the execution of activities related to plant turn arounds (field service, upgrades, repairs, new pieces of equipment or others).

  • We expect from this position to develop initiatives to promote aftermarket business in the on site and field service activities.

  • In coordination with the FS team, he/she will support the generation of business after new pump installations.

Requirements :

  • Preferred Degree in relevant field and 5 years relevant experience

  • Rotating equipment and industry experience

  • Adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity.

  • Experience in program/project management.

  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience

  • Team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
