Minimum/Required Qualifications Master\'s degree in business, engineering or science or related field A minimum of 5 years of experience dedicated to core facility-specific applications, with at least 3 years focused on research-based technology. Work experience in a multi-user Core Facility required. Demonstrable experience supervising faculty, staff, and students. Demonstrable experience managing and coordinating complex and multi-stakeholder communications. Strong listening, writing and speaking skills; a record of innovative leadership and problem solving. Experience developing budgets that are compliant with Federal Cost Accounting principles. Demonstrable experience managing complex budgets in an academic or administrative unit. Experience in business strategy, business operations, and developing business models services to both internal and external customers. Demonstrable commitment to research integrity and engagement with policy and ethical issues associated with data-intensive research.
