Job Description

Partie Site

  1. Participer à l'amélioration des conditions de travail et de la performance du système de travail en menant des interventions en ergonomie sur les situations de travail

  2. Piloter ou participer aux projets du site nécessitant des compétences d'un ergonome expert

  3. Garantir la bonne mise en œuvre du standard SSE « 4.11 : Ergonomie » en tant que référent

  4. Animer et apporter le support nécessaire au réseau ergonomie du site (Correspondants ergonomie, acteurs PRAP, relais ergonomie en conception)

  5. Favoriser le maintien dans l'emploi en participant aux cellules de maintien en emploi (CME), tout en valorisant la mise en valeur et la transmission des savoir-faire en tenant compte

Partie Société

  1. Conseiller et assister le Comex Société (Directeur Industriel, R&T, Amélioration continue, Ressources Humaines) pour le déploiement du programme Ergonomie en appui du Responsable SSE société

  2. Participer à l'amélioration des conditions de travail et à la performance du système de travail (production, service, produit) sur le périmètre de la société (sites France et Internationaux ne possédant pas d'ergonome site)

  3. Animer et apporter le support nécessaire au réseau ergonomie de la société (Ergonomes site, Correspondants ergonomie, acteurs PRAP, relais ergonomie en conception process et produit)
