Position Overview: We're looking for an innovative and collaborative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering compelling graphics for our clients' advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, email, and texting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design graphics for clients' campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, email, and texting services.

  • Continually develop innovative design concepts that promote client objectives and help increase their sales.

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Digital Strategists to design and implement successful ad campaigns.

  • Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to develop impactful graphics.

  • Ensure creative projects are delivered within reasonable timelines, maintaining a balance between creativity and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar creative role.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising trends.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

The performance of the Graphic Designer will be measured based on the following KPIs:

Turnaround time on designs (should be prompt and reasonable).

  • Revision rate/changes on completed designs (target: minimal revisions).

  • Number of errors on designs (target: minimal errors).

  • Client satisfaction as per the quarterly feedback form.

  • Number of weekly designs completed (target: 30+ designs).

  • Achievement of departmental objectives ("rocks").

  • Demonstration of the company's core values.

  • Use of PTO days per quarter (target: 3-5 days).
