Job Title: Materials and Dispatch Specialist

Job Status: Year Round Full Time

Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling and dispatch of real-time maintenance activities including purchasing and warehousing of all parts/materials for the Lift and Electrical Maintenance Departments.

Basic Requirements: - Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. - Must be able to fluently speak, read and write the English language. - Eyesight must be, or corrected to, near 20/20. - Hearing must be adequate for normal conversational activity. Use of corrective hearing device is permitted. - Must be able to walk on unpaved, uneven and potentially weather affected surfaces. - Must be able to climb and use ladders and step-stools as part of normal work activities. - Must be at least 18 years old - Must have a valid US driver's license.
