The unique position of Facilitator is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of equipment to and from the warehouse to events nationally for the purpose of flawless execution. Once on site, the facilitator is responsible to perform in a logistical and customer service capacity ensuring safe, efficient, and high service show site. Alford Media is seeking a Business Administration Project Manager to support the successful implementation of business initiatives and events. These include internal and customer-facing events, marketing initiatives, long-term business strategies, and operational process improvements. This role will work with the Sr Leadership as the key advisor, organizer, and advocate for these projects.

This position will support our Audio Visual & Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Coppell, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 4+ years project management experience; hands-on technical experience, experience with disciplined project management methodologies

  • Proven analytical, organizational, interpersonal, customer service and communications skills

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously

  • Assesses, gathers, and analyzes business requirements for various internal and customer-facing projects and events; develops strong partnerships between all key stakeholders and departments.

  • Facilitates the identification of information needed to successfully execute projects and events, including setting long-range objectives and establishing overall priorities.

  • Helps identify and evaluate project scope, budget, and timeline issues.

  • Develop and execute event strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring each event delivers on key messaging and brand goals.

  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget management, contracts, vendor relationships, logistics, room blocks, T&E and onsite coordination.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of event initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Prepare executive-level event briefs, debriefs, and financial reporting on data-driven results

  • Manages the preparation of end-user documentation and assists with training as needed.

  • Serve as the local point of contact for all vendor and customer contracts to ensure compliance.

  • Serve as an ambassador to promote Alford culture and the Burgundy brand.

  • Stays current with industry technology standards and company product knowledge and expertise.

  • Submits expense reports on a timely basis, not to exceed 30 days, for approval.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
