If you\'re passionate about making a difference and enjoy working with individuals who require behavioral support, this role is for you. *gender specific due to needs of residents Aside from the rewarding aspect of helping others, Star of Hope operates 18 programs across Coos and Curry Counties, offering various levels of support. With program locations in Coos Bay, North Bend, Gold Beach, and Brookings, there are ample opportunities to make an impact in your community. In our programs, individuals live independently, and as a DSP, you may find yourself engaging in fulfilling activities such as fishing with the group. Some settings may involve medical-related care, but our focus remains on empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives with opportunities for growth and enjoyment. We offer full-time positions with flexible schedules, ensuring work-life balance.
