Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids is located just outside the heart of downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 54-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Position Summary Responsible for managing accounts receivable, month end processes, accounts payable, and general reporting for assigned facilities. Responsible for overall management of payroll and personnel functions, and general administration support for assigned facilities. Position Functions and Responsibilities * Verify, maintain and reconcile assigned payer A/R accounts in applicable software. * Analyze and submit billing of all assigned payers according to company established deadline. * Coordinate with facility teams and billing specialist to ensure accuracy of census and ancillary items. * Communicate with state and county offices to obtain and provide necessary information on residents/tenants. * Communicate with billing specialist to obtain and provide necessary information on residents * Communicate with assigned facility team members to obtain and provide necessary information for billing. * Review aging: follow up on any account if it is in arrears per company established policies. * File inquiries, reconsiderations, and appeals to appropriate agencies or individuals for rejected claims or statements. * Coordinate and enter daily deposits, balance daily receipts, and post daily journal payments. * Prepare and reconcile month end processes to meet company deadline. * Prepare reports, including collection notes and the A/R aging report by company deadline. * Manage and process invoices and required reporting with payables systems. * Complete required reporting, including Certificate of Rent Paid's, and other reporting requested by other departments. * Answer phone, greet visitors and provide direction and assistance in a friendly and helpful manner. * Must be adaptable, flexible to changes, and able to prioritize and organize work efficiently to accomplish workload within time allotted. * Maintain a positive attitude in relation to customer service program. * Understand, comply with, and promote all rules regarding resident's rights. Qualifications * High school graduate or equivalent. * Minimum of three years' experience in a business office environment, preferably health care oriented. * Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. * Must possess proficient computer skills, including email use.
