How you will contribute:

  • Supporting the distribution operations and lead a wide variety of lean and continuous improvement projects to improve processes

  • Use Ergonomic motion and AI software to make ergonomic process improvements

  • Supporting the design and implementation of new equipment and engineering processes to increase production’s efficiency and quality

  • Identify and support distribution quality processes and procedures to increase production throughput and increase customer satisfaction

  • Provide product support through the resolution of equipment related issues for purchased or in-house tooling

  • Responsible for facility layout improvements to improve flow and productivity

  • Support inventory activities to improve facility turns

  • Participate in and lead Engagement activities

  • Supporting Lean Activities and seeking continuous improvement

Location of Position: onsite; Conyers, GA

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Mechanical Engineering

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, material flow, and quality control systems

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Basic modeling skills with programs like AutoCAD or SolidWorks

  • Team mindset and personal leadership
