Universal Health Services Telehealth Coordinator (Tech/CNA) in CONWAY, South Carolina

Responsibilities

LIGHTHOUSE BHEAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL is seeking a dynamic and talented TELEHEALTH COORIDNATOR to assist in coordination with the Telehealth program, while serving as needed as a Mental Health Technician. The Telehealth Coordinator s ets up and accompanies patients on all telehealth sessions during doctor’s rounds and assessments, serves as a liaison between client, doctor, and unit staff regarding necessary information disclosed in telehealth sessions to staff, prints and files telehealth documentation for patient charts daily, scans documentation timely as needed to maintain compliance. This role will take direction from the unit RN in the care of patients; participate in patient and family teaching and works cooperatively with other patient care personnel while maintaining a high level of quality service to patients of all ages found within the scope of services.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Must be proficient in digital literacy, video conferencing, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related experience in psychiatric field preferred.

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.

  • Previous experience in a psychiatric hospital or related human service field preferred.

  • Day Shift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. mAY vARY DEPENDANT ON PHYSICIAN SCHEDULE
