Gainwell Technologies LLC has multiple positions available for Senior Professional Application Designer in Conway, AR and various unanticipated work locations throughout the USA. Designing, developing, and implementing software robotic process automations (RPA), or bots, to enhance business process efficiency for Medicaid Management processes. Responsible for the continued maintenance, documentation, and modification of existing RPAs. Preparing systems tests for review and developing appropriate documentation in compliance with federal healthcare regulations. Monitoring existing automations to ensure there are no outages. Identifying new opportunities for automations. Leading reusable component solutioning and development. Working to identify and build Application Programming Interface (API) bus for RPA integration. Mentoring and coaching interns on RPA. Mentoring new developers on the team to ensure that best practices are followed.
