Senior Manager - Finance, FPandA (0000257E)Under the general direction of the VP Finance - FPandA, this role is responsible for managing the analytical support and reporting of performance of the organization as well as resource investment. This role requires collaboration across BU Finance as well as interaction with the CandA Leadership Team (LT). This role is responsible for providing sound analytical advice regarding CandA PandL and cash flow performance. This role is also responsible for consolidating the overall performance for the segment and preparing the Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Long-Range Plan (LRP) presentations to Sr. Leaders. This role manages and develops direct report(s).PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for consolidating the overall performance of the segment and coordination of the Monthly Business Review presentations to LT and ABC Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This will require deep understanding of the strategy, risks and opportunities, and ability to translate strategy into financials as well as ability to tell the story in a concise and transparent way.Plays a key role in the development of the annual plan including development of planning models and presentation templates; provides support of annual plan processes.Provide insight to BU operating expense performance to ensure alignment with revenue growth.Ensure that any risks and opportunities are communicated timely through monthly reporting including the annual and long-range plans.Assembles CER and Capex (Capital expenditure) plans in collaboration with IT and across the segment to submit business cases to the Capital Committee for approval.Responsible for reviewing and reporting the working capital forecast and actual results.Assures financial reporting activities are executed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and procedures and controls. Supports internal and external audits as needed.Assists in presenting results to operational and finance management.Manages and develops direct reports by creating challenging assignments and clear expectations, focusing on staff development and growth, and providing coaching / mentoring opportunitiesGenerates timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues.Performs ad hoc data modeling and trend analyses as directed by the Vice President, FPandA.Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.Responsible for accurately, submitting all financial data into Hyperion for various reporting cycles.Performs related duties as assigned.Qualifications 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance 2. Minimum of ten (10) years in Accounting/Finance-related fields including exposure to modeling and FPandA concepts and at least five (5) years at a manager level. 3. MBA preferred.MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:1. Knowledge of financial statement analysis, plan development, productivity, and profitability analysis 2. Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to apply the appropriate tools and level of analysis to specific situations 3. Experience in leading teams and developing associates to their max potential 4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through and ability to work independently 5.
