PSI Packaging, Inc Machine Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift in CONNELLSVILLE, Pennsylvania

Leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes is seeking Machine Operator.  These are Full Time positions that do not require the ability to work rotating shifts Core schedule for 1st shift is Monday throughThursday 5:30am to 3:00 pm (includes 30 minute unpaid lunch) and Friday 5:30 am to 9:30am. Core schedule for 2nd shift is Monday through Thursday 3:00pm to 1:00am. Both shifts require the ability to work occasional overtime as needed.

Ensure the safe operation of all machinery and adhere to all safety rules and initiatives. Oversee machine operations to ensure minimal downtime and excellent finished produce quality. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Maintain proper documentation and machines entries for each job.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of indutrial machinery.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read tape measure

Ability to enter procdut specifications into the computers.

Ability to handl physical workload, up to 50 pounds, standing for the majority of the shift

Basic math skills
