XFS Sales Business Development

The Director of Business Development targets strategically important markets for Xerox Financial Services. This role evaluates the new markets and products for XFS to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develops and deploys a strategy to sell XFS offerings, focusing on both the short-term sale as well as the long-term strategy and potential

  • Research and comprehend customer persona to develop leasing products and offerings to deliver now and in the future

  • Works with sales team to develop, track and expand pipeline

  • Facilitates implementation of sales process

  • Demonstrates innovation and deep understanding of client business drivers

Requirements

  • A proven track record in significant/complex consultative services-led sales engagements and multiparty negotiations with partners and Clients

  • Significant experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within client organizations

  • Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues

  • Highly skilled Customer-focused sales leader with following identified skills:

  • Building New Logo business development plan

  • Developing Account Strategies

  • Having Business/industry knowledge

  • Capable of advising on Solution/Technical requirements

  • Ability to negotiate on all aspects of a contract

  • The individual needs to be a fast learner and viewed as a highly credible, value-oriented individual focused on a defined, but limited, set of potential customers.
