Rocket Software Marketing Technology and Operations Manager in Concord, New Hampshire

Job Description Summary:

As a Marketing Technology and Operations Manager, you’ll have the primary role of managing the day to day marketing processes of the business, working closely with marketing managers, the sales operations team, finance department and other departments as needed in relation to executing marketing campaigns and technologies.

It is the Manager’s responsibility to ensure that there is smooth execution of all marketing programs. The Marketing Operations Manager also plays a leading role in marketing strategy formulation and the general improvement of the effectiveness of the entire marketing department in solving marketing technology challenges.

E ssential Duties and Responsibilities :

Technology:

  • Support and drive the standardization and rationalization of the Marketing technology tools

  • Support the digital/virtual MarTech stack ensuring optimal performance, strategic integrations, user adoption and reporting

  • Partner with the IT team with Marketing data requests and ensuring data flows seamlessly within the Marketing ecosystem for actionability and reporting

Process Improvement:

  • Develop and monitor improvement strategies for operational processes

  • Work closely with many different groups to manage requirements including technology, architecture, operations, marketing strategy, customer experience and more

Administration and Support

  • Serve as administrator and business owner of Marketing Automation Platform driving adoption, support, and recommendations to increase utilization and ROI

  • Help troubleshoot issues as they arise within the various platforms

  • Maintain outstanding technical support in a high-performance company culture that emphasizes superior quality, continuous improvement and productivity standards

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of recent marketing technology experience and project delivery with a minimum of three years of experience leading teams; management consulting experience

  • Previous experience with MarTech platform delivery (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) - Marketo Preferred

  • Knowledge of modern marketing processes and technology within Digital (including CMS, CXM, Marketing Automation, CDP's, etc), IT infrastructure and application development and proven experience in digital leadership

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and technical skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • PMP and CSM certifications a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree

The base salary range for this role is $85,258.00 - $104,073.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
