Freedom Powersports Motorcycle Porter - Lot Technician in Concord, North Carolina

RideNow Powersports Concord, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, has an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing Porter. The ideal candidate will have a valid Motorcycle Endorsement and be capable of moving and arranging Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft at our state-of-the-art warehouse and retail storefront.

Responsibilities include general merchandising tasks to make vehicles ready for display/sale, such as washing/cleaning vehicles, keeping our facility looking beautiful, and assisting with facility activities as assigned.

The Porter will have a good driving record, motorcycle endorsment, does not mind being on their feet most of the day, and is a team player that will jump in and help with whatever task needs to be done!

Responsibilities

  • Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner

  • Organize motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, and watercraft in the front lot, showroom, and warehouse

  • Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold

  • Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building

  • Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery

  • Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy

  • Assist with other duties as requested

Requirements

  • Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment is a plus

  • Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)

  • Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience- Strongly Preferred

  • Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated

  • Ability to be on your feet most of the day
