ManpowerGroup Logistics Senior Analyst in Concord, Massachusetts

Our client, in Concord MA is seeking a Logistics Senior Analyst to join their team to support their warehousing and transportation activities.

Job Title: Logistics Senior Analyst

Location: Concord MA

Pay Range: $59.52

Schedule: Mon-Fri / 8am-4pm

What’s the Job?

  • Ensure the day-to-day warehousing and transportation activities are being successfully executed in support of Welch's business; addressing any issues in a timely manner and elevating any high impact issues as needed

  • Collaborating with our Customer Operations Team (order processing) to provide efficient pick/pack/ship of orders and on-time delivery, including timely issue resolution of related issues

  • Support Logistics projects and represent Logistics function as needed on other supply chain programs and continuous improvement programs; lead/support our projects and action plans to deliver sustainable performance

  • Oversee/maintain 3PL relationships ensuring operating parameters and business rules are aligned with Welch's vision and shipments comply with state and federal standards.

  • Maintain transportation routing guide; ensure prompt implementation of new/revised rates

What’s Needed?

  • A Bachelor's Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Transportation, Warehosuing and Logistics

  • Experience working in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry is preferred

  • Three years of warehouse, distribution or logistics management experience preferred

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems - experience with Oracle a plus
