Creative Circle, LLC Packaging Designer in Commerce Township, Michigan

Calling all Designers with experience in packaging with an emphasis in consumer goods. Our retail client is looking for a Designer to join their team in a direct hire capacity.

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement of a minimum of 3 days a week onsite based in Commerce Township, MI. This direct hire position is planning to start by June 2024.

This Designer will be responsible for: Supporting the design team to execute packaging designs from conception with support from the Creative Director The main deliverables this designer will be focusing on packaging for consumer products Ability to take conception and lead all packaging initiatives This designer will be reporting directly into the Creative Director and working alongside the production team with potential for growth into creative direct reports

The Designers required qualifications are: Minimum of 5 years experience in design and packaged goods Packaging background Strong communication skills and ability to jump in and be very hands on Expert in Adobe creative suite Ideal experience working in retail, consumer goods, or agency

PTO is 15 days for their first year and increases to 20 days at the start of their second year. Sick time is separate employees receive 5 days each January. However, based on when hired into the company, sick days are prorated.
