Providence Assistant Nurse Manager in Colville, Washington
Description
Under the direction of the ED manager, the ED ANM is accountable for directing quality patient care in a cost-effective manner, complying with patient care standards and job-specific performance standards through observation of clinical practice and implementation of quality assurance. Functions as a resource person with primary responsibility for staff's performance and development. Demonstrates behavioral practices that reflect the philosophy and mission of our sponsors, Providence Health and Services, our founders, the Dominican Sisters, and Providence Mount Carmel Hospital's Code of Conduct.

Shift Details: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Day shift
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Health Sciences, or currently enrolled in ADN to BSN program
2 years Progressively responsible nursing management experience (leadership experience such as Charge Nurse or Dept. Lead in Emergency Department)
Experience specific to assigned clinical area
