JPMorgan Chase Vendor Management Analyst II - Collections Litigation in Columbus, Ohio

As a Vendor Management Analyst II in Collections Litigation, you will play a crucial role in managing net credit losses, enhancing customer experience, and improving risk management for Chase Card Recovery. Partnering with both internal and external legal teams, you will perform key Collections Litigation activities, design and implement effective tools and procedures, and provide valuable feedback to stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead/Participate in audit activities including risk assessments, audit planning, oversight of audit testing, control evaluation, report drafting, work paper documentation, continual follow-ups, and verification of issue closure

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external groups and escalate issues and concerns to management and business partners as needed

  • Consult with business partners to establish clear requirements and achievable deadlines

  • Own all aspects of the vendor communication process including intake, assessment, outreach, follow-up, archiving, and process improvement

  • Monitor day-to-day business results for your assigned vendors in the three key domains: Operational execution, customer experience, and control environment

  • Contribute to a business climate and culture that encourages integrity, respect, excellence, and innovation

  • Travel required (approximately 10%-20%) to conduct on-site reviews of the Law Firms' offices

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience related to Project Management, Vendor Management, Collections)

  • 3 years Business Operations experience, working in a matrixed structure

  • Project Management experience, analyzing vendor performance data to identify, recommend, and/or design business processes for gaps related to mandated policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated experience presenting to Leadership and Vendors

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Programming skills/aptitude

  • Legal experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
