Position Summary: The Trainer position is the core of our Corporate Learning and Development Department. They are the delivery engine of all that is Telhio knowledge. They will also assist in the creation and editing of all Telhio Learning and Development curriculum. They will assist the Learning and Development Manager in all things Learning and Development, up to and including: upkeep and use of our learning management system, BVS, creation and management of development plans, training Evaluations of new hires, delivery of curriculum to new hires, delivery of curriculum for continued education classes, delivery of leadership development curriculum, training metric development, survey execution, measurement of learning transfer and outcomes. What you will do: Delivery of Corporate Learning and Development materials to new employees and current staff: Organization of material needed for class, communicate with Manager/Supervisor on progress of new hire, Complete training checklists, and Survey and Metric Administration. Assist Learning and Development Manager in the creation and maintenance of Corporate Learning and Development curriculum: Identify categories for curriculum, utilize job descriptions to assist in the creation, and work with Managers and Supervisors to develop pertinent materials. Assist with the upkeep of corporate policies and procedures: Work with Sr. Management, Learning and Development Manager, mangers and supervisors to keep all policies and procedures current and Communicate with the same, when necessary. Assist with the upkeep and use of BVS: Update passwords and tests when needed, load new employees into the system and run reports when requested by management. Assist Product and Delivery Manager in the creation of development and succession plans for current employees: Schedule 45/120 day training reviews with new hires and management to gage need and interest, meet with trainees to assess where they are in the process and any needs that may exist and work with Management/Supervisors to gage need for classes. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. What you will need: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred 1 - 3 years Retail Banking experience preferred 1 - 3 years Facilitation experience preferred 1 - 3 years Instructional design experience Required 1 - 3 years Experience advising on the learning content experience, with analysis to determine learning and performance objectives and scalable instructional strategies and solutions. Preferred 1 - 3 years Experience Coaching/Mentoring Preferred 1 - 3 years Experience in teaching adult learners Preferred 1 - 3 years Experience providing leadership and technical expertise for company-wide training and development programs and/or working in human resources.
