JOB SUMMARY: 

The purpose of this position will be to perform product repair/maintenance for various products while also supporting our customers and assisting in the management of all customer contact information within our software systems, mainly DBS (dealer business system). The objectives of this position are to fulfill service repair obligations to SITECH Ohio customers promptly through the management of service processes and written procedures. This includes, but is not limited to repairs, technical support, training, customer relations (phone & in-person), and documentation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have a two-year Technical Degree or a minimum of two years of experience in electronics, mechanical, or optical service repairs.
