Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Systems Security Engineer (Cyber) in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) stood up the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) under Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to be the dedicated office to increase cyber resiliency of Air Force (AF) weapon systems and to maintain mission effective capability under adverse conditions. CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for 'baking in' cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of 'critical' vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below, as outlined in the contract statement of work Utilize systems engineering and acquisition security practices to assist, design, integrate, test, and/or field secure and resilient weapon systems. Support the development of Program Protection Plans (PPP) course materials. Coordinate with subject matter experts from multiple functional disciplines to enable facilitation of training course presentations, discussions, and practical exercises. Support development of Sysems Security Engineering (SSE) artifacts and templates for inclusion in systems engineering processes. Analyze efforts to incorporate SSE into systems engineering and provide recommendations for improvement. Provide rapid response engineering service and support as augmentation to organic resources through in-depth problem identification, impact assessment, and development of corrective actions for critical supportability problems within the scope of CROWS. Review processes and systems to assist with improving and incorporating cyber resilient and/or cybersecurity initiatives into PPPs. Assist in identifying requirements, staffing, coordinating, and obtaining approval for acquisition documentation. Assist with validating requirements analysis, cyber initiatives, and PPPs, incorporating holistic protection for AF weapon systems.
