As a Sr Manager of Product, Specialty Program Health with CoverMyMeds in our Product Organization, you'll make significant contributions to the success of maintaining the health of our product performance for our existing portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to use strong managerial skills and significant product knowledge to lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners and work closely with other business partners to deliver on high integrity client commitments and OKR's. Manages the daily activities of individual product managers, product owners, and BSA's. Frequently interacts with direct reports, outside customers, and functional peer groups at management levels. Fully accountable for all people-management activities for subordinate staff. Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed. Management and tracking of cross team/squad dependencies. Management and tracking of all high-integrity client commitments. Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress. Supports definition of focus area vision and strategy. Actively communicates vision. Supports team of product managers, product owners, and BSA's in defining tactics for delivering on client commitments in a way that is scalable Works on complex issues of diverse scope. Coordinates the activity of workgroup through utilizing operational policies to obtain solutions. Develops strong relationships with prospects and vendors. Collaborates with internal teams on competitive positioning and market development. Serves as a liaison between the product team and the company's stakeholders. Defines and reinforces consistent Product discipline and processes. Acts as escalation point for the product team and assists in removing roadblocks. Identifies, hires, and on-boards top talent to the Product team.
