Our client, in the Utility Industry, is seeking a Sr Project Valuation Analyst to join their team.

Job Title: Project Valuation Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $50/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Develop economic valuation models for asset-based deals and opportunities, maximizing value creation through a deep understanding of project financing, risk, tax, and accounting concepts.

  • Provide direct support to the development team with deal valuation and structuring capabilities. Conduct research on market and regulatory opportunities and make recommendations to support the structuring of new products.

  • Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with Development, Engineering, Project Execution, and other teams to iteratively achieve the best solution for customers while driving deal value.

  • Manage and facilitate internal due diligence reviews to ensure all internal stakeholders receive timely communication and information is disseminated efficiently and effectively.

What’s Needed?

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university; Financial modeling coursework, training, and/or experience.

  • Financial Modeling and Costing Experience.

  • Previous experience with renewable projects or generation projects.

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
