Overview of Job Function :

As a Sr. Architect of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, you will be responsible for designing, implementing innovative and scalable solutions, and maintaining Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our HR business users. The Sr. Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor teams.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design : Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Oracle HCM solutions that meet their needs.

  • Implementation : Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

  • Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • Integration : Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud or middleware solutions.

  • Customization : Develop custom solutions and extensions to Oracle HCM Cloud applications using Oracle PaaS offerings or other development tools.

  • Collaborate closely with HR corporate VP, regional VPs, and business partners to identify the key strategic initiatives for HR.

  • Manage governance calls with core team to agree on the priorities and set up the expectations.

  • Work with the customer leaders to optimize business requirements, analyze, and improve business processes.

  • Organize and deliver training programs. Identify efficiencies to lower the TCO.

  • Plan for Oracle quarterly patching on a coordinated regression testing cycle and to rollout enhancements.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of diversified IT experience as a Sr. Solution Architect in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion with a minimum of four (4) full life cycle hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation Workforce, Benefits, Security and Payroll.

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware solutions for integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS offerings for customization and extension of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading architecture discussions, delivering presentations and driving consensus among stakeholders.

  • Travel requirements 10% domestic/ international.

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements :

  • Oracle HCM Implementation certifications preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential preferred.

  • Professional knowledge on Oracle Redwood framework.
