Description

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our client base and new business opportunities. You will be responsible for introducing our services through various channels, including video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients. Your goal will be to enhance the utilization of our services by recruiting, evaluating, and placing professionals in Contract and contract-to-full-time positions. This position demands outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, evaluate, and place professionals in contract and contract-to-full-time positions.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.

  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.

  • Manage all aspects of candidate recruitment and placement through a client's Vendor Management System (VMS) technology.

  • Maintain client and candidate satisfaction throughout our quality control process.

  • Collaborate with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.

  • Keep job order information updated in our internal client relationship management system.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or sales position.

  • Proven track record of success.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • High sense of urgency.

This role currently offers hybrid work options. Ideally this individual would be located in Columbus, OH.
