Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for supervising an operation that supports all initiatives related to purchasing, receiving, storing and controlling of food, beverage, supplies and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and coordinates the activities of the department

  • Employs good safety and sanitation practices including monthly safety audits and completion of temperature logs for all warehouse spaces

  • Maintains warehouse areas

  • Responsible for completion of daily receiving reports and handing off to purchasing management for review

  • Oversees receiving process and assigning tasks to purchasing team members to ensure product is properly rotated, stored and ready for distribution

  • Performs other duties as assigned
